SECARA is building truly circular value chain for high-value technical polymers – with a focus on polyamides. We address the unsolved recycling problem for technical polymers from industrial applications (e.g. automotive or electronics) by being able to recycle polymers in reinforced applications (e.g. glas fibre), blends and from mixed waste streams. Our groundbreaking recycling process is designed with scalability in mind – by avoiding complexities typical for other emerging chemical recycling approaches. We produce recycled monomers that are chemically identical to fossil-based monomers – and can be integrated into existing value chains without adaptation (“drop-in”).
